The Air Force Museum of Alberta welcomes the donation of historical material to our archival collection. This can include any artifacts, memorabilia, medals, journals, log books and other items of historical significance related to RCAF involvement in global conflicts from the First World War to the Cold War.

Guidelines for Donations

We request that the following information is included (if possible) with your donation to the Air Force Museum of Alberta.

  1. When was the item originally acquired?
  2. Who owned the item originally?
  3. Which era is it from?, (ie. WWI, WWII, Korea, Cold War, Peacekeeping)
  4. What is the historical significance?, (stories, anecdotes, written documentation)

Donating Artifacts to the Air Force Museum of Alberta

If you are interested in donating military artifacts to the Air Force Museum of Alberta, please use the Artifact Donation form below to contact the Museum curator,

Note: Donors will be able to attach up to four optional photos of the artifact. Photos must be in either jpg, jpeg or png format. The maximum filesize is 5 MB.
